    Here are some ways my lifestyle might shift environmental impacts elsewhere:

    1. Buying products made overseas, which can contribute to pollution in those regions.
    2. Eating foods that are produced unsustainably or imported from far away, leading to environmental degradation elsewhere.
    3. Using energy sources like fossil fuels
    4. Disposing of waste irresponsibly
    5. Driving vehicles that emit pollutants.

    First of all I'm against all kinds of plastic packaged products, even though many items are available in sustainable materials, including paper cases.

    Recently, I purchased toothpaste in completely sustainable packaging and it was vegan too. I will prioritize reusable or sustainably packaged products in the future.
