What have you noticed about how it feels to spend consistent time outside?
Walked at a metro park today. Spotted a variety of wildlife, including birds. A Cardinal flew by and it was so quite outside that I could hear the wounds flapping as the bird flew by. It is amazing to hear the sounds of nature. People have gotten so busy and made the world so loud, we can’t hear our natural world.
Good morning! The challenge starts today…this will be fun! I am here to do my part and contribute to making things better for the environment. As one, it is difficult, but with many people coming together, we can make positive changes!
