
I had no idea how many food items I could still enjoy and deter or even replace for the better!
Right now I am working through lists: Grains, Granolas, Fruits… and finding ways to continue to incorporate these on the daily!

Bre McCormick 4/08/2024 9:48 AMI felt the same when I saw coffee listed! Good job challenging yourself on that. I also discovered more food items than I would have thought that I could still enjoy and use as a replacement for other foods I like to enjoy.
